Duranta repens

Plant: Fast growth perennial shrub, much appreciated in gardening thanks to its flowering.
Location: In the sunlight, where it will bloom in a splendid fashion. It can be used to form hedges, borders or small clusters by itself.
Flowering: Its flowering appears uninterrupted from mid-spring to late summer.
Soil: They like a soft soil, with a good drainage.
Temperature: It can tolerate freezing conditions.
Irrigation: It does not tolerate drought, making sure that between one irrigation and the next the soil dries slightly.
Fertilizer: A fertilizer rich in phosphorus and potassium to strengthen the development of its roots and enhance the colour of its flowers.
